- Catalogue
Have you sent your catalogue for printing? We have some useful guides on formatting your catalogue for printing:
Catalogue Formatting & Printing
Exporting Catalogue Information
- Picking Lists
Have you posted our packs to your Traders, Members and Exhibitors? This shouldn't be left too late, especially if it's your first year running a show through Showing Scene as it'll take a bit of time to get your letters prepared, printed and posted.
- Trophies
Have you updated your trophy list? You'll need to tell the system when a trophy is returned to you. If you've not done this yet, it's worth getting that list updated before show so that they are ready for issue to the new winners.
- Class/Stewards' Sheets
Have you printed your class/stewards' sheets? As soon as entries close, these can be prepared and printed for show day.
- Format Results
Have you formatted your results? All shows wish to show out information within the results section differently and so we have the ability for you to customise your results. For example: Exhibitor Name, Animal Name & County may be held alongside the placing.
- Training for Results Stewards
If you have a team that will either be utilising the 'Ringside - Live Show Management' or that will be inputting results during the show, they will require training to do that. We can book you a test site for you to use to train your stewards without affecting the main site, this is especially useful if you have new stewards that have not used the system before.

- Early Bird Trade Stand Bookings?
Have you considered selling your trade stands for the following year on show day? Some of our shows have had tremendous success in selling trade stands on show day and in the days after the show ready for the following year. To do this, you'll need to copy your show over for the following year and set your trade stands live. Some of our shows offer early bird discounts to traders too!
